Headphone right side channel has no sound. HELP ME!!!

Im not really use headphone. But last night I just realized right side channel not working. I try looking at setting but I cant see nothing to set that. is it hardware problem? Help me!!!

Try inserting ur headphones in another device to test. If the problem still persist, its the hardware's problem. If the headphone works. it must be your omnia's problem?

my omnia got problem surely. Anyone hv face dis problem? Is there any solution other than send for repair?

if your headphone is working with another player, you have to send your o2 to warranty about your jack input..

i'm experiencing the same problem right now. also on the right side however, it's not totally muted, the sound is just really low i could barely hear it. i'm sure that my headset is fine because i tried other headsets and the same problem. i'm not sure if i should have this repaired to service center or there's an adjustment that can be done somewhere

have the same problem when i received the omnia just 1 day later. problem is the earpiece connector seems like they are using low quality stuffs.

i have used my omnia to listen to my music for 1 year now.. no problem faced... maybe its because that you guys are unlucky to get a faulty hardware? idk...

try using another earphones??

i really dun think it is the phone's problem..

try SRS wow 3D, i think there is a function for you to be able to balance the sound.. but i hvnt used it for a long time so cant really rmb..

tested earphones.. they are fine, even tried others and same problem
