Guest xian1243 Posted June 27, 2010 Report Posted June 27, 2010 The generic boot.img for 1.000.05 should work fine on Xian 0.7d.
Guest eumate Posted June 27, 2010 Report Posted June 27, 2010 Working (883mhz piter version) on stock 1.100.05
Guest bahamut54321 Posted June 27, 2010 Report Posted June 27, 2010 Just installe the 920mhz on 1.7 it works well for now, set CPU detected the CPU clock imediatly. Tried browsing heavy sites it's much smoother. I'm gonna try it out tomorrow and see the battery life. If it's too short for me i will have to change back.
Guest amdnikos Posted June 27, 2010 Report Posted June 27, 2010 freaking stable on 1gh. :D over 5 hours neocore loops and aspalt 5 gaming. Is there any way to push it over 1gh?

Is there any way to push it over 1gh? Should be possible But from tests done before on the Donut kernel, we're just lucky to get 1GHz (many liquids unstable at 1GHz, dont think they bothered with more than 1GHz)
Guest eumate Posted June 27, 2010 Report Posted June 27, 2010 I've noticed that free mem is about 15MB less than stock 1.100.05 kernel, is it for everyone?
Guest Nesli Posted June 27, 2010 Report Posted June 27, 2010 Perfect work :) Unfortunatelly, im getting random reboots on 998mhz, 921 is working good on my liquid :D Any chance to modify voltage and get stable freq. over 1ghz? This is lucky day :D

Guest vikings123 Posted June 28, 2010 Report Posted June 28, 2010 Hey there, I built a custom kernel from LiquidE. Flash it as a normal update.zip (still not signed  ) For LCR1.7 880MHz: http://acer-liquid-froyo.googlecode.com/fi...rnel-update.zip For LCR1.7 920MHz: http://acer-liquid-froyo.googlecode.com/fi...-920-lcr1.7.zip For LCR1.7 998MHz: http://acer-liquid-froyo.googlecode.com/fi...-998-lcr1.7.zip For LCR1.6: http://acer-liquid-froyo.googlecode.com/fi...date-lcr1.6.zip For 1.100.15 (extract it on windows and launch .bat) (thanks piter1225): http://www.mediafire.com/?zthdmqzxdvn Anything else ? :D Want to donate ? Phhu, you save the world of Liquid Community..... Thanks you, thank you thank you....... :D
Guest dr01dfan Posted June 28, 2010 Report Posted June 28, 2010 Any way possible to make some low voltage kernels for us to test phhusson?
Guest casper326 Posted June 28, 2010 Report Posted June 28, 2010 I have try all the overclock img from the firat page. When I try to enable WIFI, my phone must reboot immediately. Is it just my unlucky?? I'm using .15 stock rom.
Guest hpr Posted June 28, 2010 Report Posted June 28, 2010 gengaro, it's not working for me at all. I'm getting the same error as chingy1988: wpa_supplicant is missing. Could you please post the full step-by-step instruction on getting it to run ? Thanks

Guest casper326 Posted June 28, 2010 Report Posted June 28, 2010 > 40% battery consumption while in standby for 7hrs with the 887MHZ OC Kernel. o_O' You must need to use setcpu after flashed the overclock img....
Guest gengaro86 Posted June 28, 2010 Report Posted June 28, 2010 You must need to use setcpu after flashed the overclock img.... SetCPU was properly configured to use the Ondemand governor, as usual..
Guest casper326 Posted June 28, 2010 Report Posted June 28, 2010 SetCPU was properly configured to use the Ondemand governor, as usual.. Oh~~ my liquid won't eat power as yours... I use Nexus One profile in setcpu.
Guest blackrod Posted June 28, 2010 Report Posted June 28, 2010 (edited) Oh~~ my liquid won't eat power as yours... I use Nexus One profile in setcpu. Me too. I use the 998mhz kernel, which runs stable on my liquid. Before the donut overclocked kernel only worked upto 920mhz. 998 caused instability. Weird, but i am happy with the eclair 998 mhz. Feels faster  Big thanx to Phhusson :D Edited June 28, 2010 by blackrod
Guest adrenalynik Posted June 28, 2010 Report Posted June 28, 2010 Hi too all, fantastic work Phhusson but is possible to have this kernel for the last Batista70Phone 1.9.3 ? thanks
Guest gengaro86 Posted June 28, 2010 Report Posted June 28, 2010 Well, I've found out the problem with barnacle wifi. I hope to provide a fix within the end of the current week. (wpa_supplicant config of Acer is quite buggish)

Is it just my unlucky?? I'm using .15 stock rom. I was using 883 MHz, and now I'm using 998 MHz with 1.100.15 bin I use WiFi about 5 hours a day, and haven't noticed any problem with that
Guest pikaone Posted June 28, 2010 Report Posted June 28, 2010 hi phh, can you try to do a lcr 1.7 1,2 Ghz for test, thanks a lot again
