Guest Carlos Sun Posted July 6, 2010 Report Posted July 6, 2010 Is there anyway to disable the ugly slow Samsung Volume Control? :)
Guest Liroy76 Posted July 6, 2010 Report Posted July 6, 2010 another question - once i saw two dots between every number in the volume control - but only once. i never saw it again and i don't know how to got them back - any help? btw. i dont think it is slow, i just hate the "big" steps ...
Guest jebise Posted July 6, 2010 Report Posted July 6, 2010 i too hate the samsung volume controls and always have will have to give volumeX a try. FYI the only way to get the dots in between the numbers is to have touch player open.
Guest HAL_9000 Posted July 6, 2010 Report Posted July 6, 2010 Carlos Sun: Try program AE Button Plus to change function for volume buttons. Liroy76: Numbers in volume circle is special function of Touch Player.
Guest CaptainHakan Posted July 6, 2010 Report Posted July 6, 2010 actually i kinda like the original sound control comes with samsung i8000 phones. It is just a matter of taste after all
Guest ray1234 Posted July 7, 2010 Report Posted July 7, 2010 1) To get to the volume screens with dots between numbers, you need to have opened either Toucher Player or FM Radio. 2) To answer the question straight, there is no way to use the WM original volume control as Samsung has customised the volume control in all its roms.
Guest Liroy76 Posted July 7, 2010 Report Posted July 7, 2010 (edited) thx :) is it possible to get them all the time ? Edited July 7, 2010 by Liroy76

Guest GunnarKarlsson Posted August 24, 2010 Report Posted August 24, 2010 another question - once i saw two dots between every number in the volume control - but only once. i never saw it again and i don't know how to got them back - any help? btw. i dont think it is slow, i just hate the "big" steps ... Set the registry key HKLM\System\State\SAMSUNG\FMRadio\RadioOn to 1 and the detailed volume control is used. (if you start and stops the fmradio this flag will be reset.) //Gunnar
