Can't Hear Callers

I am having a strange problem with my Omnia II. I can't hear the ringing or the person on the other end unless I am using the speaker phone. They can hear me, but I can't hear them. The problem used to be intermittent, and would go awaay with a soft reset. Now it is not working at all. I did a hard reset on the phone and still no answer. Any ideas?

I am hoping to avoid sending for service, but can't think of anything else to do.

Try a Hard Reset, often the problem is some software installed. NIMBUZZ cause this problem every time...
