HTC Task Manager on Omnia 2

Advanced Config on these sense Roms have settings for the HTC Task Manager but there is no HTC Task Manager on these ROMS :). Utilize Advance Config to setup HTC Task Manager to decide how much RAM should be available before it starts closing applications.

I set mine just a little bit below what I have for RAM after a reboot.
