Guest ray1234 Posted July 8, 2010 Report Posted July 8, 2010 even on weak or no signal, your phone's battery should not go from 90% to 30% in 3-4 hrs. Did you have any programs running in background? I've tried that when I installed Portsplitter, as I didn't know when running in background Portsplitter turns on the GPS all the time, so it'll use up the battery in 5 hrs time.

It can go down that fast if he still has all the bloat wear and it is using his connection, but yeah even then it is still too fast. Did you have the screen on the whole time? were you using the phone for anything? any GPS or data like internet browsing/downloads will kill the battery really fast.
Guest blaziblade Posted July 10, 2010 Report Posted July 10, 2010 Did you flash your phone? (If you do not know whats flashing of ROMs u can ignore this post.) If u did what ROM are u using?? Some modified ROMs have huge amounts of background task running that will eat up ur battery life when ur omnia is in sleep mode.(Blank screen)
