Bell's upgrade to 6.5.3???

I've read on the net that Saumsung is starting to offer an official 6.5.3 upgrade to the Omnia II phones. Does anyone know if Bell will be providing these upgrades? Or perhaps if someone has a new phone that has the 6.5.3, can they make a dump for the rest of us? Thanks

I was actually looking for the official 6.5.3 rom from samsung. it doesn't have to be from Bell. any suggestions?

one other question, can I just flash the PDA + csc? or do i have to flash everything? thanks
