Guest barmyman Posted July 9, 2010 Report Posted July 9, 2010 (edited) the problem is in pph's kernel, i think, because when i flashed the 768 mzh version with default kernel - everything works fine Edited July 9, 2010 by barmyman
Guest thenext1 Posted July 9, 2010 Report Posted July 9, 2010 f*ck! how the f*ck do I flahs this firmware? the new flasher says I have N/D version (even tho I have 1.100) and won't go ahead. Did enable usb debug. I suspect a connection problem. shall all those who make buggy wizards perish now!

Guest thenext1 Posted July 9, 2010 Report Posted July 9, 2010 Before fiddling with kernels, PLEASE, could you tell me how do I flash this firmware? Also bootloader didn't help, "Next >" button doesn't come up and Current OS Version is still N/A....... :)
Guest Borkata Posted July 9, 2010 Report Posted July 9, 2010 If someone post wrong commands or incomplete, noobs like me have to reflash the bin, now something's wrong with widgets, they don't works, please, post always complete infos here, thanks! :) akira, I have just corrected the commands above. fastboot commands for flash are ok.
Guest Borkata Posted July 9, 2010 Report Posted July 9, 2010 and with 880 mhz - it reboots when trying to turn wifi on You should change the dhd.ko compiled for phh kernel with the one in new rom. I think you can take it from LCR ROM :)
Guest azuwis Posted July 9, 2010 Report Posted July 9, 2010 It's just me or this .bin does not work with the old acer download tool? Same here, How can I flash this rom to a non-Europe Liquid?
Guest ma4000 Posted July 9, 2010 Report Posted July 9, 2010 (edited) So What is your currently installed Rom? (Which customisations did you apply?) Ps: 75mb of free RAM with launcherpro, some widgets, HTC IME and one other Service running isnt that bad,eh? :-) Edited July 9, 2010 by ma4000
Guest akira.pwr Posted July 9, 2010 Report Posted July 9, 2010 akira, I have just corrected the commands above. fastboot commands for flash are ok. Ihave done it, but not with those commands, no "windows" word have to be writed, thanks anyway, after same reboot, all seems to work fine.
Guest Albibek Posted July 9, 2010 Report Posted July 9, 2010 Before fiddling with kernels, PLEASE, could you tell me how do I flash this firmware? Also bootloader didn't help, "Next >" button doesn't come up and Current OS Version is still N/A....... :) It's a bit tricky there, but it's written in manual how to do this: 1. Run the Tool with the phone disconnected 2. Press Next, until you can press it 3. When it's disabled, connect the phone - you should see the correct OS version and button becomes enabled 4. Flash

Guest kevnangel Posted July 9, 2010 Report Posted July 9, 2010 Hello, Can anyone tell me, what are the differences between LCR1.7 p1 and the new official Acer Bin? I've got LCR1.7_p1, working perfectly, without any issue. And can anyone explain to me how to install the boot39-920.img from Vache?? Thanks a lot. Kev
