Hm.. it seems the german voice search isnt working. set input language to german but still it only recognizes english words ;S

The voice output however works just fine.

This had been working for a while in most of Paul's Froyo Desire Rom's.

But you won't fond the apk in the market, google it.

@Paul adding in Chrome To Phone as on option would be a good idea.

Just made my first custom, but will probably give your server another ride.

Are you also using the Evo keyboard Maja and UDk added to their Rom, or is this the Desire or Modded IME?

(or maybe I should shut up and wait for you to enjoy the weekend, you really surprised me with the speed you set this up)

Findings,

Wow, I was able to disable Rosie and not end up without any launcher as i had in a few Customs on MCR3.1 and now FC messages as I had when I removed Sense (up untill now, not done testing).

Market did not Show all my paid Apps.

And indeed no easy Data Connection setup.

I have flashed and formatted twice, everything works great, apart from apps being installed to internal storage.

I have selected A2SD+ and have partioned sd card :). Is A2SD+ working for everyone else?

I had the location problem too, so I just set my city manually.

Also, I found that Titanium Backup couldn't get root when I booted it up, so it didn't work. I solved this by uninstalling the app and redownloading it from the Market.

Sorry i did a whipe jus to be save so can't confirm this.

It's up to us to find what Needs Fixing this weekend :) So Paul has it a little easier.

Data connection you have to add your carrier's APN on your phone.

Go to Settings, Wireless & Networks, Mobile Networks and then APN settings.

Location bug will be updated in the next build as per Paul's comment some pages before.

I have also found that there is no HSDPA icon, could this be added in the next revision please?

You can use this one that updates with colorful icons including the HSDPA and the battery circle.

Credits go to liamstears from XDA.

Note that this change your icons to color ones.

Flash like any other update.zip.

And it's got the option to upload to YouTube from the Video Album.

I like the coloured Icons and HSDPA fix.

What i don't like about it is how a few other Menu icons get changed to more colourful while the others stay the same.

I have attached the BuildProp Fix from the XDA thread, don't know who posted it originally.

But this will get the missing paid apps back until Paul can take a look at it.

Flash like an update in recovery.

Marked freezes phone totally at times, pull battery state.

back to modaco 3.1 for me.

Really happy to have Froyo with Sense, one thing I have noticed is that there is no "Facebook for HTC Sense" (synchronize with contacts).

Is there any way to 'unflash' a zip? I've just installed the HSDPA and coloured icons update but I don't like the different colours on all the icons?

Using Titanium Backup it says it cannot get root access despite it clearly showing up in SuperU until I download the latest version of Busybox (which upon reboot of the phone I have to re-download) and leaves the message 'Titanium Backup has been granted Superuser permissions' on the screen unless I reboot the phone.

Will report any new issues as I use the ROM - so far really fantastic.

Now worked out the fix for this.

- Open Superuser Permissions under the apps menu.

- Select Titanium Backup then choose the "Forget" button.

- Rerun Titanium & all back to normal.

I Have norwegian T9. works fine.. menu -> settings -> Language & Keyboard -> Touch Input -> International Keyboard -> Unselect English -> Select Norwegian.

Successfully moved to this ROM from DJ Droid. Wiped and started from scratch to be sure. Great so far! I have a problem with the weather widget not showing my location though, as mentioned by others. Otherwise, great job! Mounting SD card and booting up is significantly faster than in DJ Droid.
