After discussion with the HTC support over e-mail, it is evident that the HTC mail program is supposed to handle them. My question is, do any of you guys have a newer program than version "version 7" ( 2.00.0036.191507 )? Or what might be the problem? Thank you PS: I have wiped my installation before copying r5. Guest jbrizz Posted July 10, 2010 Report Share Posted July 10, 2010 (edited) I can read and send HTML emails fine via MS Exchange, perhaps your account isn't setup correct or your mail server is messing them up? I do have a different problem though. I use it for my work email but the phone is personal, so I have it sent to manual syncing, but it still syncs automatically, sometime between 11 and 12 pm every night.
