i8000 best ligth english rom with spanish predictive support

Hello

My phone is from Singapore and it has the latest official 6.5 ROM downloaded from Samsung.

I'm having some problems, (wi fi drivers refuse to starts sometimes, garmin really slow....) then I would like to update the rom to the latest one (english OS) but with support for predictive text in spanish, anyone know wich is the best ROM available.
