UAE Galaxy S - no Market

Hi.

Here in the UAE, the Market is somehow blocked on the phone. Not sure exactly how they're doing this - it works fine on my Nexus One with the same SIM, and I've also changed my firmware on the S using the ROM kitchen, and used Market Enabler, all to no avail.

Does anyone know of a way around this, short of downloading apps to my Nexus One, backing up using Titanium Backup, and then restoring on the S?
