Hey guys,

Using the Samsung skinned SMS looks GREAT. But it's just so slow!! Is there any way to improve its performance? :angry:

I think the same. but if you change the performance to high or maybe use the Daskalos Easy Set S3Clock to overclock your phone. with the sense the differences are huge.

The Easy Set S3Clock never really worked for me.. But I've just upgraded my ROM to JE2 so I'll give it another go! :angry:

I got an important performance boost when I deleted all the unnecessary messages. I had a lot of them (like 700 or 800).

Me too, but still VERY slow compared to the rest of my tuned device. :angry: My omnia is VERY fast.

Samsung Keyboard is slow on Samsung SMS client but then again it's slow as badword on other programmes too, so now I use HTC Ezinput by Sorg instead and Samsung skinned SMS works like a charm

This is unfortunate that the answer is YES :D

But the MS massager is very very fast, nothing faster!

try the new roms JF5 or JE2 ...... samsung sms is pretty quick to load up

disable email sms skin by instal this:

enable threded sms by install this :

and change this registry value to 0

hkey_current_user\software\microsoft\inboxsetting\oem\smsinboxthredingsms

soft reset

and u can use windows messaging by High speed!
