Guest delphi2009 Posted July 15, 2010 Report Posted July 15, 2010 (edited) Hi all, After flashing my Omnia 2 ROM to JF5 version (found here on MoDaCo) the bluetooth MAC Address has changed to FF FF FF FF FF... Bluetooth is working fine (at least with handsfree kit and connecting with laptop), but this is bothering me. Any suggestion to fix this ? I already flashed the JE5 ROM, as I prefer WM 6.5.3, but the MAC still only shows FF's Regards, Edited July 15, 2010 by delphi2009

Next time I flash I will make sure that Erase NV is unchecked. Regards,

NV stands for Non-Volatile, so it's a thing from the phone (machine) itself, not from the ROM. The solution is to change manually to a MAC... What MAC? Well... unless you have a copy of your MAC, you must copy it from an existing one of a screenshot posted here in the forum
