Help me , My 16 GB storage disappeared

Hi all ,

Sorry for my bad English .

Today i have had a hard reset on my i8000 .

After that i sow my storage seems not to be on file explorer , resco explorer , total commander :(

I did another hard reset , noting had changed

After that i installed JE3 Light rom , but my storage was not fixed

Then is try to install an original .NST rom ,

But I couldn't install any nst roms :((

As i searched in Persian forums it is a very usual problem in Iran ,

I also understood this is software problem

What can I do now???

my friend who had the same problem , he tried every way ... but he couldn't fix it

so he got the phone to Samsung reseller iran , they had seen they are using octan ...

so we know this is softwere problem and i think we need some speicial files for flashing ...

I have changed my rom so warranty won't accept my phone

flash the original rom, and hola!

or alternativerly, deliberately brick your phone. Tell the Samsung guy you hard-reset the phone the phone just bricked itself.

these tricks work every time.

آرش جان بابا فایده نداره . اگه اینجا کسی میدونست مطمعن باش تو این مدت حتما میزاشت . هرچی هست فقط در خدمت خود سامسونگیاست!!

در ضمن یه نفر تو این سات توضیح داده که چطوری میشه رام ام اس تی رو به پی دی ای کانورت کرد

Hi,

Sorry for my very bad English

I went to Samsung service center in my city

They saw my phone and told me that this is a software problem , He told me to come back after 30 minutes but i asked him to stay there

Then i could see he is working with Octans , So i understood just 3 parts can be changed which i hadn't change them before

1. eboot

2.integrated binary

3. SMD

Now my question is that , how can i extract 3 parts for my phone (if it's possible)

mine also disapperared,the last thing I'd remember is that I just installed various cab files and all of the sudden the phone hangs up so I took up the battery to reset and refresh the phone.Right after, all the applications installed in mystorage was corrupted and mystorage was disappeared.I tried all the procedures here but totally no luck, right now I flashed it back to the official rom here in our country.Tomorrow I''ll bring it to samsung service center so that warranty would be covered.

لطف کنید وقتی فارسی مینویسید با حروف فارسی بنویسید تا بقیه اعضای مشکل خوندن نداشته باشن و اونو با لاتین اشتباه نگیرن

Not a problem about rom and so me thing like it ....

I don't know if this problem is very usual for 16 GB phones in Iran or all the world .

I wish i could extract my SMD and eboot part from my phone (which had been fixed by Samsung service center) Then i think i could fix this problem ...

when my storage disappeared ..... at first i couldn't flash back to official rom .... since flashing with .MST requires my storage ( i think it autmatically formats MY STORAGE and places some hidden stuff as well ) ..... fortunately i found .nb0 PDA of my official ROM .

I'm not but i think you can convert a .MST into .nb0 format ..... that way you can flash back to your official ROM and send it back for warranty.

and MY STORAGE dissapeared TWICE !!! .... so i keep a copy of my official ROM in .nb0 format as well.

had this problem before back last year Aug where i use it for a mth only. i call up the service provider and SSC. both agree to get a replacement unit for me as this can't be repair.

you can try your luck flash it to original rom and send it back for repair.

What happens ıf we change the NORMAL at fırst paragraph to SMD at OCTANS downloader??? Anyone tested???

My my storage disappeared one time but i fixed it! I hope it wont go again! but i want to know this so if it goes again i could fix!
