How can I take my program back instead re-install them

I am using MCR r5 with A2SD+ prebake ROM,

I have 2 SDs with the same EXT3 partition,

one is working well,

I installed a lot of programs and my phone still had 130 MB free space,

but I do not know another one could work or not,

I changed the first SD to second SD,

the sysrem could boot,

I think the EXT3 partition is OK,

then I changed it back,

but I can not find my installed programs at all,

I am sure they are in my SD,

I don't know how to take them back instead of re-install them,

I would like to know I can not pull out my SD even though I put it back soon if I use A2SD+ function?

I have missed my program list for several times after restarted my phone,

I don't know why,

I suppose there are compatibility problems with the A2SD+,

Any ideas?
