Is there any way to change an mst rom into nb0 one , with out removing ro adding anyhing on rom??

Well, i don't think so.

You'll need do a flash with a mst file and so use the dump tool to obtain a bin file and after use the o2util.exe tool to convert it into a nb0 file.
