[REQ] setup.dll to soft reset after cab installation

Hi all,

I understood that setup.dll must be created specific for each WM device. So I am guessing (as I would need it) if someone can share with me a setup.dll to reset I8000 after installation of a .cab, as I don't have how to build it by myself.
