Cant boot into Recovery?

When I enter the Hboot menu and navigate to Recovery and try to enter it I get a momentary flash of a HTC white screen and then it immediately goes into Fastboot instead of entering recovery.

I've tried Unrevoked, too. Nothing happens, it just reboots straight back all the way back in.

Any ideas how to get into Recovery mode or try to reset the bootloader sequence?

I think the best thing to do would be to unroot with a stock ruu, which should restore your recovery to a stock state, and then re-root using unrEVOked.

I am not 100% sure, so maybe wait for someone else to confirm.
