Wanted CSC Lite for New Zealand

Can anyone help me? I need a lite CSC for use in New Zealand. I don't want any operator settings, just the bare minimum that will get the phone working with a charging image and anything else it needs.

I've tried flashing with no CSC and I get no charging image, and flashing with a standard UK one gets me UK operators which aren't totally editable.

I am in NZ and have used many different CSC files. I always use UK settings and edit or add new for Vodafone NZ. Which CSC are you having problems with? Feel free to private message if you want to.
