Guest y17dt Posted August 2, 2010 Report Posted August 2, 2010 Or try IM+ Demo from Samsung Applicationstore! Works brilliant. Even with ICQ, MSN, AIM, Jabber,etc... Regards
Guest sven hassel Posted August 2, 2010 Report Posted August 2, 2010 Try palringo, it works very well with all the messengers available.
Guest HAL_9000 Posted August 2, 2010 Report Posted August 2, 2010 +1 Yes, Palringo is great program with nice graphic.
Guest vlgligor Posted August 7, 2010 Report Posted August 7, 2010 IM+ is $40 which is a steep price as I see it. For example on apple's app store is only 10 bucks. Can anyone tell me why the big difference? Palringo is OK, but it doesn't have a history log. It pisses me off, because I don't think it's such a big deal to log all the conversations I have on the phone in clear text. Fring until recently didn't even get connected to their servers. I managed just few days ago and I am still trying to work with it. My problem is that Palringo, Fring, Nimbuzz and few others are all multiclient messengers and all need to connect to their own servers (where you'll need an extra account). What if I use ONLY yahoo messenger? Oh, yeah, I can do that from the browser, too, but that means I have to keep the browser on all the time and there will be no allerts when you'll receive a message. Imagine that there is no free yahoo (only) messenger for windows mobile!
Guest AdamAsater Posted August 7, 2010 Report Posted August 7, 2010 Try Ebuddy, theres a web app and a downloadable app. It supports alot of messangers and its free :)
Guest ccris Posted August 17, 2010 Report Posted August 17, 2010 You could use Slick from Lonely Cat Games. It's free, it's an alpha version but works fine on my Omnia. You can select and use only YM.
