Strange RAM combination on galaxy

Someone on xda posted this block diagram of the galaxy s

It seems to suggest our ram is a mix of fast ram and slow ram.. no idea how that works but sounds a bit nasty...

Not even sure how accurate this block diagram is.

update: well it turns out everyone was staring at the diagram so much they forgot to check the URL, its for a device that is very similar to the samsung galaxy s.

So hopefully ours is slightly different :)
