Rom Update

ok my rom is v10a balkan and through lg suite it showed i have new update v10c and there is tutorial how to update it with lg mobile update software... but following those steps i install usb driver and everything else and then when i click update it asks me to download drivers again... and so on so on the update never stars.. so i downloaded the rom manually "V10C_00.kdz" and i need help how to install it. if anyone knows how please share it with me coz i googled and there is no info about gt540 :/

the newst thing is that my lg updater started working i dont know how but on 4% of updates the phone goes on emergency mode and then instalation breaks... i tried several tiems and now my phone is stuck in emergency mode... any idea how to get out of this mode???

have you fixed this yet? it's usually a driver issue, have you installed all the drivers?

i didnt fix it ... because i guess the lg updater has fucekd up my rom so im trying different ways ot factory reset but nothing so far.... tried factory reset that has batkoto explained but when i try to connect ot phone connection is lost... reinstaled drivers everything but w/o success.. mby the last thing would be service if noone got to an idea :) still locked in that emergency mode

My one got same problem after flashing 10c rom from o2 link suggested here any idea what to do now I am not able to flash any rom
