Yes, you can flash 2.100.07 with Acer Tool, then install malez recovery. At this point you can flash CM6 via malez reco. Flashing a bin and flashing a ROM are DIFFERENT processes. The first deletes everything is on your phone and could be done only via the Acer Tool, using a .bin file on your PC. Flashing a custom ROM won't erase your recovery partition (some won't erase even DATA and/or CACHE) and you have to use a file in your SD card. A better example: flashing a .bin works like updating your motherboard's BIOS and operating system in your HDD. Installing a custom ROM will only update your operating system, but not your BIOS (it's called "radio") :P Regarding the problem with Acer Tool: try to redownload and reinstall it...

Guest lvcargnini Posted September 13, 2010 Report Posted September 13, 2010 guys give a break this things take time and Xian is working on it (I hope :P )
Guest xian1243 Posted September 13, 2010 Report Posted September 13, 2010 Xian give us ROM..:) Hearing that just makes me sick, be patient. I do this out of my own time. I had some things to tend to yesterday evening, and haven't gotten to finish the WiFi tethering, so I won't be releasing today, but rest assured, it will come. :P I'm planning on contacting Cyanogen so that the Liquid would be officially supported, as everything is in place and ready, I just need to add some cyanogen scripts to the source. Xian
