HTC Stock 2.2, Screenshots?

I know its been asked before, but how do I take screen shots? A quick google search left me confused and looking here was like a needle in a hay stack.

Phone is not rooted, and I won't be rooting it either, so err suggestions?

Thanks for that, I was trying to use the SDK last night, I was doing it wrong, Also the Debug menu has moved in 2.2 im sure

And to the unrevoked, Since im using 2.2 the HBOOT is 0.92, Which nobody seems to be interested in trying to root since you can just downgrade, But its not for me :D, I don't want unrevoked to change any stuff like kernal and recovery either, My phone gets broken alot....
