hard reset software

Is there a hard reset software for o2? I know the codes but it only format the device. But my storage is now disappears. Damn.... If there is a hard reset software that will also format my storage will be nice tool (i think)

Plug your Phone to the computer in USB FILE STORAGE MODE (not in Active Sync) and restore to factory defaults. Your storage is blocked by usb storage mode and it`s safe. If you want to format "My Storage" simply click "Reset" in "My Storage" tab.
