Guest velo84 Posted August 11, 2010 Report Share Posted August 11, 2010 Hi all, wonder if anybody can help me. I am trying to put a new Froyo rom on my Desire. The phone is rooted. Everything seems to work fine but right near the end I get this: Copying Boot Files... Writing Boot.. E:Error finishing BOOT: E:Failure at line 79. I have hunted around on here and some people might think it's a memory issue? Not sure if that is the case or not? The only rom I can successfully put on the phone is a rom called opendesire which is about 70 megs, the rest seem to fail with very similar issues. Would really appreciate some help.
