but where shall i copy the icon to? ok i puted it in the windwos folder and windows/startmenu/programs/Tools

this is the resultat:

the icon has changed in windwos setting but not in the start menu.

i have soft reseted my phone so that should not be the problem

In the registry, go to:

HKLM\Security\Shell\StartInfo\Tools\Memory.lnk

Add a new string key called Icon

Make the value the path to the icon you want to use.

Soft reset for it to take effect.
