better bug tracking resolution

Personally I find it a bit frustrating going through these mega threads at each release so.....

my suggestion.

for each wip release, if you have an issue, first check to see if someone else has already started a relevant thread :-), if not, start a topic with a title of "Rx wip - succint description of issue".

so you might say have "R8 - missing android contacts app"

begin your post by listing your bake options, where you upgraded from, what (if) you wiped, and then a description of the problem and what steps, if any, you have taken to resolve the problem.

when the problem is resolved, perhaps [solved] could be prepended to the topic title and a summary post made with the solution.

Better ideas ( which I am ure there will be) welcomed.
