Use Phone as Bluetooth Headset

I'm using Windows 7. There are options to output audio from the phone to my pc, but not the other way around. I can't seem to find a way to enable this. It's possible the phone's bluetooth stack may not support it, but I was wondering if anyone knew how to implement this if possible. Thanks.
