Third party program cannot do update

Dear all,

Im using the HiCalc calculator. there is a currency converter inside and can do the update to get the latest currency rate.

but unfortunately when i update, it was unsuccess to update and prompt out a Winmo message "no modem entries created" bla bla bla.

but i can online surfing net using opera, i can use wifi with msn messenger, samsung communities, windows market place, youtube etc. no problem.

same goes to using the 3G data connection, no problem. the settings is downloaded from the telco specific to Omnia II

the only thing get me frustrated is Hicalc, i remember when im using the windows 6.1, it can updates with no problem. same setting from telco and no change at all.

anyone facing such issue? please help me if you can.
