So move you app back to phone first (uninstall some apps if you don't have enough space), recreate you ext2 partition bigger, move apps to SD card, reinstall missing apps. If you want to restore your apks back to phone and you don't have enough space to restore, you have to uninstall some apps. Storage on phone is limited.
