Trying To Flash To Stock Verizon Rom

downloading from the samsung site is entirely too slow to download. is there ANYWHERE else i can download the rom to flash on the samsung omnia 2? and when i finally did get it downloaded it says its not a valid win32 application, ive seen little to no support or the stock rom. Also what arethe exact procedures for flashing back to stock samsung omnia 2 for verizon?
