sounds like a spam. call your service provider.

P.S. the topic should be in the general section, moving now.

I answer to the first SMS and the 2nd ask me to enter a new phone number in the SECURITY menu (???????? where is this menu ?)

If it was a spam do they answer my question ?

u should call your service provider about this matter. i don't know how they do in europe, but herer in the states, it will never happen at least i have never heard about. how long have you been using your phone? where did u buy your phone? IMEI could be on the blacklist. but u do need to contact them directly.

I'm in Thailand now, at hospital (motorcycle accident).

They that there is a function that allow to follow the phone everywhere.

They say that i must go to Samsung official store .. but i cannot move

Or disconnect this function by myself ... but i don't know how.

i bought this one second hand 4 months ago and i think the owner before activated it.

it shoud be with samsung menu like #* i think ! Factory settings

I've seen a list of codes one time on Modaco

If someone now how to disactivate, it would be great

If you can, contact the person you bought the phone, probably had installed one of the Security programs out there and forget to deactivate it...

Good luck with your injuries...
