i920 titanium panels

hey there. super noob here. been reading all kinds of threads about titanium panel plug in issues on the omnia 2. I'm running ibrythill's cab which wa modified for omnia 2.

my issues are many. chome editor doesn't work. the home screen editor from marketplace works for some panels but not others, and when I manually modify the .cpr files my phone won't let me save over the originals

I've managed to figure out that I need to edit the titanium.cpr file (not splugins.cpr) in order for the panels to change at all (even though my impression after research was that the reverse wa true)

I also have tics installer in my windows folder but don't know what I'm supposed to do with it. I thought it made chome editor work right but this isn't the case so far.

basically I've reached information overload. can you help me with main issues?
