Guest Gigafun Posted August 26, 2010 Report Posted August 26, 2010 (edited) Hi everybody! I've recently bought an Omnia II and I have a big problem. After a few days I've decided to flash some custom rom but after flashing it there were no charging and I get some message that my battery is not supported or not compatible or something else. I've quickly flashed an original Samsung ROM and everything was fine. Then charged the battery fully and flashed an other custom ROM and have the same result. Nice fast ROM without charge. Now I'm back on stock ROM again but I'm totaly confused. Did I missed something? Please help! I flashed my HTC PDAs for four years without any trouble, but it's new to me and found nothing on the net. I searched this forum and MoDaCo but nothing. Thanks for any help! Guest Shadow343 Posted August 26, 2010 Report Posted August 26, 2010 Now with the stock rom it charges??
Guest Gigafun Posted August 26, 2010 Report Posted August 26, 2010 Now with the stock rom it charges?? Yes, it is. And if the device is turned off it is also charging. But not in standby and in on state. May I flash some other Radio ROM. Especially as no GSM nor GPS working. Somebody advised me to flash the original ROM from wich the custom was cooked. I try to get that ROM.
Guest Gigafun Posted August 27, 2010 Report Posted August 27, 2010 (edited) Sorry, I was blind. I have an i8000, and the ROM I was flashed is for Verizon i920. I thought its the same hardware but I was wrong. Thanks for the help. Gigafun Edited August 27, 2010 by Gigafun
