Titanium restore, which settings?

I've been running r8, really pleased with it. Only issue I have is with Titanium - and the lack of decent documentation!

R8 works brilliantly, and runs pretty smoothly. However, the final build of r8 has a fair amount of new stuff compared with earlier builds, stuff I'd quite like included. However, when I restore with Titanium the restore seems to make widgets etc (i.e. all of Pauls new "sand timer", "battery", "call mom" etc) do not appear in widget selection, despite appearing in "installed apps".

So, which backups do I need to avoid when restoring? I've tried just restoring missing apps and backups of "accounts" "settings" etc, but that doesn't seem to work properly - doing my head in!
