Hi

Can anybody tell me how to get rid off Vodafone software and settings? The phone is already unlocked, but it still has all the Vodafone crap, which is imposible to remove and reappears over and over with any update. I would like to debrand the phone, as if it were an original Samshung free phone with Windows Mobile.

I would appreciate a tutorial showing the steps.

reflash it :huh:. use any custom rom around and you will get a free brand phone. i recommend lancez roms. the je3 lite 6.5.3 is one of the best roms around.

You need to change the CSC. That's where the operators keep their branding software and stuff.

If you keep it, after flashing any ROM, the system calls for the CSC and follow its instructions on what ot install (the software to be installed is with it as well).

I didn't know the operators software was in the CSC!!! It was nightmare.
