Omnia II I8000 soft keya problem

My Omnia II I8000 has a strange problem, when the free ram is less than 50 M, the two soft keys will not work. I can tap them but nothing will happen. have to reset to fix it. this is annoying. drives me nuts. anyone has a solution/hint? thank you so much!

Wait is the soft key your talking about the dial and end keys? Mine quit working to but they still dont work when ram comes up to normal, but my dial button started working again but you have to press it really hard?

no no... I mean the softkey for menu... the bottom screen at WM6.5 right? the one that used to be menu inside programs...

I pressed that but no menu comes up....

Mine is the end key that not working when the RAM is go below 30Mb...the dial key is sometimes not working too, but nothing about pressing it hard... just press it several time and it'll be okay again.. but not for the softkeys, need reset... >,<

any fix?

that's right, it's the two soft keys in WM6.5. they just quit working once my free ram is < 50M.

And also do you notice the menu skin (if the RAM is below 50MB) sometimes not complete aka truncated...

I think, if the gurus here can free the used/locked out RAM, it'll resolve the issue...
