Menu button "weird behaviour"

Since I rooted and flashed r8 ROM with default MoDaCo additions and A2SD+.

- After boot up the phone, pressing Menu button wont bring up Settings menu and instead it work like Home button. It bring up "7 homescreens" instead "normal menu", but if I wait a while and press the menu button, then it will bring upp the ususal menu settings.

- Holding in Menu button, will bring up "7 homescreens" and latest 8 apps used, then Ringer volume comes up.

The 2 problem mentioned above, causing that I cant bring up the keyboard to type (or close keyboard), it will bring up "7 homescreens", latest 8 apps used, then ringer volume and this is really pain of the a**.

Using a LofCat, I found this:
