How to get the windows log image back

Hi guys, i recently buyed my gt-18000 and i wanted to instal a theme or app, i think the name of app(or theme) was touchplayerimage

and now when i restart my phone instead of that WINDOWS MOBILE image its appears a HTC TOUCH image

can anyoane help me get the original image back ?? please
