Guest amdzero Posted September 6, 2010 Report Posted September 6, 2010 (edited) I want to know how you guys figured out how to get past the limitations of the Omnia 2 regarding HTC Sense 2.5 I decompressed all my manila files using cfc -df Copied them all back to the temp\dump folder I compressed all my manila files using cfc -if Copied them back to the temp\dump folder again. The entire sense looked ugly, with Rainbow Snow (copyright AMDZero 2010) all over the place. The flip clock even flipped ugly! I tried to get a screenshot, but after a few seconds it reloads. So I redid my flash with only a few manila files compressed with cfc -i The picture below is the result. How did you guys compress your manila files and still have usable Sense? EDIT: I was able to do it all over again and was quick enough to get a screenshot this time... Edited September 6, 2010 by amdzero
Guest NRGZ28 Posted September 6, 2010 Report Posted September 6, 2010 Do you have the right required files for a CFC compressed manila ? Like zlib_mn.dll patched manila.exe and mode9.dll ?

Guest Chainfire Posted September 7, 2010 Report Posted September 7, 2010 (edited) - zlib_mn needs to be present in \Windows - Manila does NOT need to be patched to use libgles_mn (nor does this file need to be present) like on HTC devices, we've built all the CFC magic directly into the OpenGLv1 library Edited September 7, 2010 by Chainfire
