Getting S2A to work

I've followed the FAQ and readme for S2U2 regardin S2A, but can't get S2A to work.

Is there something I'm missing to get it to work?

Whenever I get a call, the default Samsung answer screen comes up. And when I end the call, then the S2A screen comes up afterwards.....

Any help would be greatly appreciated...
