screen scrolling

I like the phone, but sometimes I find doing simple scrolling is very annoying. It is extremely frustrating when you are scrolling a a list of apps or a webpage, and the slightest pressure cause you to click a link or app instead of scrolling.

I was trying to find an app that would remap the volume button as a scrolling button but couldn't find. Any of you have a solution?
