Help cannot boot

Good morning,

This morning i woke up to find my GT540 all stuck, i took the battery out and switched the phone on and all i'm getting is the normal boot, then it goes on android logo, the light runs through android then the screen goes all black and the light that normally flashes through the android logo is ultra ultra slow. its been like this for over an hour and hasn't booted. Kindly help. thanks

have you tryed safeboot?

its in the phone manual

i think you hold left button and home once turned on

yeah i have and it just says download mode :s

That's Chinese for me lol, no joking apart, its my first android phone (had an iPhone before which i did jailbreak etc) though i havent had a chance to experiment :P when you flash it you mean delete all of it ? right if so how and from were do i get the os then :s

think u hold in the 2 volume buttons when turning on

then just use lgutils or the kdz update from the rom list
