Some programs can not create an internet connection with JH2

Now i have flashed the JH2 on my omnia 2.

I'm from germany.

My omnia can load emails.

I can go online with the IE an Opera.

But some how touch wheather and O2sync can not create an internet connection.

Is there something wrong with the firmware or is it not for german language?

Hi,

Same problem here only with SPB-News on Speedfrogs Semi-Lite JH2.

Messaging, Opera, Synchrotime etc. work.

In connection settings you have to go to advanced and then "select networks". Make sure that both settings use the connection you have made when you set up youre device ("My work network" by default). If this was done automaticly, figure out what the name is of youre connection. NOT vodafone live! or wathever, It's the settings name you want to have.

My network settings were called "my work network" by default. so i set both settings to "my work network" and the browserconeections to "work".

Done right, this will solve youre problem.

have you found a solution for your problem - and could now upload your cutom-rom?

(btw: is fpuenabler and s3clock working on your rom? Does your rom include the tclock?)

Hey,

didn´t find the problem, but it works. May be restoring the Operator-settings helped. Or perhaps some softresets. I don´t know.
