It worked for me

When I try in linux is just says fastboot command not found?

root@matt:/home/matt# fastboot flash boot boot.img

fastboot: command not found

fastboot is in directory. Do I need to do anything else?

The market keeps force-closing with the fix, I can download and install apps (and that is ofc the most important), but once it is installed, the market force close several times (com.android.vending has stopped working). Is there something wrong with the permissions of that file?

thisweb, try this:

root@matt:/home/matt# ./fastboot flash boot boot.img

(I'm guessing the current working directory (i.e. the directory where you are) isn't in your $PATH, which securitywise is a good thing)

Thanks, I tried this, getting somewhere but now says permission denied. I am root. Any other ideas?

root@matt:/home/matt# ./fastboot flash boot boot.img

bash: ./fastboot: Permission denied

root@matt:/home/matt#

EDIT: Where do you put your files and run them from please?

I'm going to upload a zip in a few minutes with superuser, a2sd and the fixes included.

Dan,

I love this thred, its just what im looking for, but could you:

- Add the rotation fix to the first page

- Put large headings for the fixes to make them easier to find quickly

- Mark the bugs that have fixes

Thanx

Aaron

Is this better?

- The download is in an attachment so I'll need to download it and mirror it so people don't need to find Flibs post.

- Better? (Can people confirm the fixes for me? If you noticed it says next to the poster (in the quote) Confirmed or Unconfirmed, just for better use)

- Done -ish... :P

I used the market fix it worked but there is a rendering issue with the top banner it's showing as white with a small grey box to the left hand side and shazam is still missing from the market other than that it appears to have worked

Who voted no!?

And when will the 2.2 frameworks be pouring out?

Anyone else noticed the Market widget?

ogiogi already said that when the first stable 2.2 ROM is released he will update all his frameworks to work with Froyo :P

I don't have a FROYO Pulse yet :( so i won't be able to test it. And I'll FROYO all my themes once the first 2.2 ROM is released :)

You've found my thread, time for it to be closed due to off-topic-ness.

I'm making install scripts for Mac, Linux and Windows as we speak type. Hopefully it all works. :P

Epic-Emodude's Button hack doesn't work (disables all hardware buttons except Power)

Ill look into doing this again using the FroYo file when I can be bothered to install it and apply all the fixes (probably some time in the week once I have finnished biulding 4 PCs and a server out of stuff lying around my room =) )

It seems good but the home screen scrolling seems slow and jerky. Do people really find this any faster than FLB 1.5?

I have read that Froyo uses less RAM, so I think it's less likely for Froyo to be affected by the SMS bug.
