Guest wm20320 Posted September 14, 2010 Report Posted September 14, 2010 Hallo Specialists, here my problem: My medias are on a server in my home network. An access via "Connected Home" and WLAN is possible and works well. But when I connect my O2 with an original TV out cable to my TV, there is no video on TV. (but Media Player on TV works). Do you know a solution? THX wm20320

Do you know a solution? THX wm20320 Switch your plug connections around until use see the video. The pin output on standard RCA cables are different than the Samsung V/A cable. For instant my video on my cable is the Red plug and the audio is white and yellow.
Guest wm20320 Posted September 15, 2010 Report Posted September 15, 2010 #geebox Sorry, but that is not the problem. I can see the O2 Desktop on TV, there is only no video... Thank you anyway!
Guest tmoll Posted September 16, 2010 Report Posted September 16, 2010 #geebox Sorry, but that is not the problem. I can see the O2 Desktop on TV, there is only no video... Thank you anyway! Hi WM20320, I also never got to see videos with media player from Samsung. I think it is because of directx rendering. To view videos on TV, I use the TCMP or the Core Media Player. Just gotta be careful never to use the video driver directx these players. Cheers.
Guest wm20320 Posted September 18, 2010 Report Posted September 18, 2010 @tmoll Thank you for this good advice. I failed to open a folder on my netdrive with CorePlayer however. I can open the folder with the Resco Explorer but starting the file with CP failed...
