fastest way to delete all mesages and phone calls?

is it possible to make a shortcut, or maybe a mortscript to delete all sms messages and phone calls?

I have realised that a long phone call list causes ring delay (and also the time between pressing answer button and actually hearing the caller, sometimes it takes 2 seconds, it's really iritating). I'm not sure for the messages, but long phone call list certainly slows it down.
