Guest nixonik Posted September 22, 2010 Report Posted September 22, 2010 I need framework folder's in system. can someone send it to me?
Guest bais Posted September 22, 2010 Report Posted September 22, 2010 Little question, in Acer's launcher when you press and hold an app in the app drawer there's a little trash icon on the bottom left of the screen, when you drag the app there and release you can uninstall it quickly. Was it there before, or is it a new feature?
Guest pulga Posted September 22, 2010 Report Posted September 22, 2010 Sweet! Flashing this rom now. Also, I added a RapidShare mirror link for this rom for those of us that prefer RS  http://rapidshare.com/files/420618656/Acer...7837e5.rar.html
Guest akira.pwr Posted September 22, 2010 Report Posted September 22, 2010 Can someone post the exact procedure to flash Piter superboot?

Guest bais Posted September 22, 2010 Report Posted September 22, 2010 I just removed usb cable, battery, then put battery back in, hold Vol + and Camera button and while holding insert usb cable back in. And it worked, was so freaked out when my Liquid almost bricked. About superboot you unzip the rar file and launch the install-standard.bat and here you go.
Guest ginja Posted September 22, 2010 Report Posted September 22, 2010 Web browser is horribly slow when using flash player, I'm defintely going back to eclair rom
Guest malez Posted September 22, 2010 Report Posted September 22, 2010 Can someone post the exact procedure to flash Piter superboot? Under windows, unpack files to a directory, boot phone in normal mode with usb debugging, on run install-standard.bat Or manually boot in bootloader then fastboot-windows.exe -i 0x0502 flash boot boot.img fastboot-windows.exe -i 0x0502 reboot  Thank you Piter for your reactivity
Guest Master_T Posted September 22, 2010 Report Posted September 22, 2010 (edited) Web browser is horribly slow when using flash player, I'm defintely going back to eclair rom Lol, this is like saying "The elettric windows in my car are too slow to go down, I'm definetely going back to my horse and carriage"... just don't use flash man, you don't have it in eclair anyway  And by the way: flash sucks and is almost unusable on ANY mobile device. If you want to see videos avoid flash, and use the Skyfire browser instead, lets you watch any flash video natively as a standard one. Edited September 22, 2010 by Master_T
Guest Piter1225 Posted September 22, 2010 Report Posted September 22, 2010 Under windows, unpack files to a directory, boot phone in normal mode with usb debugging, on run install-standard.bat :) Thank you Piter for your reactivity Hehe, lets say that I'm in hibernate mode atm
Guest Andrea1Liquid Posted September 22, 2010 Report Posted September 22, 2010 Web browser is horribly slow when using flash player, I'm defintely going back to eclair rom Yes, the real problem is that the overall performance of the terminal is slower than what it should be. Maybe I sound annoying but Froyo Leak vs. Phhusson is still 25 vs 35 mgflops. So the bin is slower (strange) than should be and this hits flash player which needs the processing power that's wasted in this leak. But, you know, yet the classic Acer garbage... Still waiting for CyanogenMod from Xian: once you get Cyano, you never get back (I know, it doesn't rime  ).
Guest akira.pwr Posted September 22, 2010 Report Posted September 22, 2010 Oh, thanks Piter for your work (I saw you on Twitter), thanks Bais and Malez for the answer, everything works fine, now I clean a little this rom, I'm waiting for LCR-F anyway
Guest lvcargnini Posted September 22, 2010 Report Posted September 22, 2010 Web browser is horribly slow when using flash player, I'm defintely going back to eclair rom Does as me, just uninstall the WTF-@#$% FLASH.
Guest m106 Posted September 22, 2010 Report Posted September 22, 2010 Can someone post the exact procedure to flash Piter superboot? You don't need the superboot. Just use Malez Recovery 0.6 to root your Phone!
Guest lvcargnini Posted September 22, 2010 Report Posted September 22, 2010 Thank you very much  Which is the difference between your methods of rooting and the piter image boot.img to root Malez ?
Guest vikings123 Posted September 22, 2010 Report Posted September 22, 2010 (edited) Quadrant benchmark is still around 640............... Edited September 22, 2010 by vikings123
Guest PhilNelwyn Posted September 22, 2010 Report Posted September 22, 2010 They removed the cumbersome animation of applications arising from the apps history 'carrousel'. It's one of the little things that make Acer UI a bit smoother, and I begin to like it finally... There's also a new "portable hotspot" toggle in the status bar options (instead of "plane mode" if I remember well).
Guest mmkim Posted September 23, 2010 Report Posted September 23, 2010 I beleive you say eur. version is a final.............. after, other place is a first version.............ha ha!!
